You should drive, otherwise the car will not be in the carwash, you will get wet and soapy and have wasted the water/soap, while your car will still be dirty.

As for washing at home, unless you have the ability to treat the waste water at home, it is illegal here.

Yeah, those systems are totally intelligent and they totally understand what you say. Including things like “you can’t wash your car without your car present”. *sigh*

Eventually they’ll patch this specific issue up, without solving the underlying issue (lack of reasoning).
