I already did in my very first reply. And you dont have a viable plan-- you just want them to have a reason to give them a bunch of land in exchange for a pinky swear. Thats not how zionisms ambitions work at all.

Here Ben Gurion quotes from the founding of Israel 80 years ago. Can you tell me how your plan can be considered viable when the people who lionize this philosophy are who are party to the plan? (bold text is quoites below is by my to illustrate the point)

5 October 1937, Ben-Gurion wrote in a letter to his 16 year old son Amos: “We must expel the Arabs and take their places…. And, if we have to use force-not to dispossess the Arabs of the Negev and Transjordan, but to guarantee our own right to settle in those places- then we have force at our disposal.”

On the 6th of February 1948, during a Mapai Party Council, Ben-Gurion responded to a remark from a member of the audience that “we have no land there” [in the hills and mountains west of Jerusalem] by saying: “The war will give us the land. The concepts of “ours” and “not ours” are peace concepts, only, and in war they lose their whole meaning” (Ben-Gurion, War Diary, Vol. 1, entry dated 6 February 1948. p.211)

Israel knew from Day 1 exactly what they were doing, they have been consistent, and you can see by their words and actions and philosophy that they will never agree to a lasting peace. Its right there in plain text. They state plainly that they do not agree with the concepts of borders or international agreements–they say those are for schoolchildren. Therefore t hey must be contained by military means, by us “schoolchildren” or their state dismantled. Your “plan” doesnt recognize any of this. You have forgotten history.
