Not wanting to vote for the establishment Democrat or the billionaire who made his riches on oil and private prisons, I chose the one woman in the race.
Mind you, I did that once I was pretty certain that one of the Republicans wasn’t going to make it into the top two slots.
If we’re going to have an open primary, we really need ranked choice voting.

Let me rephrase for you in a more literal manner:
Blue candidate in third place: free at point of service healthcare that covers all necessary treatments for all people
Blue candidate in second place: the status quo of extremely expensive healthcare insurance that covers very little for most people
Red candidate in first place: it’s disgusting that undocumented immigrants get any healthcare
Still, a puppy is a lot of responsibilities!

Man it’s good to the “everyone gets a puppy” proposal make some real ground.
