Isn’t this more “rolling around in disarray?” The “into” implies it was on a firm footing at some point.
Trump managed to lie about there being a deal and not totally contradict himself before it went to press, which is so uncommon it qualifies in the present day as order.
Did you all forget that its the weekend? The established pattern is deal on Friday, a few bombs on the weekend, announced signing on Sunday, short market on Monday then announce collapse on Tuesday.
