Huh?
Can’t people just use all of the stores if they want? Steam doesn’t lock you out of the xbox app, or the ubisoft store or whatever as far as I know.

Probably because of unwarranted cynicism.

Is there any fundamental difference between Copilot and Scout, or is it just a straight up rebranding?
Everything on earth is solar powered. Oil is just a disgustingly inefficient liquid battery.

For sure, it’s Elon’s whole thing. Look at Star Citizen, same thing. Blur the lines between what’s achievable and what seems feasible and say you need people’s money to make th dream work. Money go brrrrr

Hopefully we learn about our collective power before it comes to that, but who am I kidding…

“The commencement speaches aren’t working… dang nabit! Time for plan B”

Please stop proudly deteriorating, America.

Fuck right off, dipshits.
What really sucks about this is that there’s a version of us in the infinite multiverses where these companies and politicians develop and maintain trust so that we can actually benefit from some of these innovations without just feeling paranoid and taken advantage of, but instead, in their hubris, they make us hate them and their tech.
Imagine they made a Star Fox game with flight mechanics similar to No Man’s Sky in the sense that there are missions that take you from planet side to space and onto another planet in one mission? They could do that on Switch 2, but instead we get a very very safe ie boring remake.
Loads of people, for many reasons, feel uncomfortable when interacting with strangers, so the pressure of having to make a decision while not wanting to ask encourages the impulsivity.
Remember kids, roughly 95% of marketing is about fucking with your head when you’re next in line. the other 5% is about combating buyer’s remorse so that word of mouth stays positive.
Because people are more likely to buy impulsively if they don’t see the price. I don’t go places like that because I don’t encourage manipulative bullshit.

You never know, I was raised evangelical and Ive managed to have a good life once I got out of there.
The world has gone to shit because capitalism created a world where Mark Zuckerberg’s dreams come true.
