If Peaceful Aliens beamed down. Wouldn't we pose as much problem as them being out immunities and diseases are different from them? And vice versa? So we could accidentally kill one?

This is a good one. Crossing over to a totally different DNA or even a different form of DNA would be virtually impossible.
