    Well, you cant’ get good infrastructure because your black in the bad old days. In modern times, you can’t get repairs, because your black. What amazing progress, says John Roberts.

      This sounds bad but it’s not an uncommon problem with septic systems in flood prone areas.

        Yes, but at least a septic system is underground and functioning most of the time. They’re living with it literally just pumped outdoors. It’s basically an automated chamber pot that’s getting dumped outside.

        The affected people largely did not; it’s their white neighbors who do that so that they can force this kind of living situation onto people who have a darker skin than they do.
