My grocery bill is steadily climbing and I am not sure what to do. I make too much for SNAP. Any tips or tricks? It’s just me in my household, so would buying in bulk be worth it?

Edit: I want to thank everyone for their responses. I have a lot to think about.

Other than buying dry goods in bulk (and usually before this because I’m paranoid about prices), alternate day fasting. Been doing it for about a year to lose weight, but a happy coincidence is that my grocery bills are lower and I usually plan to eat healthier meals on the days when I’m eating.

In addition, for produce try looking at an Asian or Hispanic grocery near you, the one nearest me generally has much cheaper fresh veggies than the other grocery stores in my area (though a lot of the other stuff is more expensive, so plan accordingly).

Also, if your food pantry has some things available, try using it, that is what it is there for after all.
