    We’ve been investing in biking infrastructure and public transit for ages. It has nothing to do with the World Cup. There’s one particular neighborhood that’s temporarily going car-free for the event and that is not related to the changes we’ve been making to our transit infrastructure.

      I’m speaking strictly about this block. The bike path terminated a few blocks south until suddenly in the last month they were able to start and finish this final leg to Seattle Center in the final push for FIFA. Who knows if they ever would have completed that work that went undone for so long otherwise
