In my case, that tends to be that you create a PR, someone assumes you knew what you were doing and approves it with no comments. I actually expect the fact that we’re promoting AI internally might result in this tightening up. Probably unlike others, I work in an R&D team of only about 12 people total (all disciplines) so probably not the usual experience.
