    If they are using the threat of visas to stop participation in the UN, while simultaneously undermining the institution, isnt it time to move yhe UN out of the USA. Perhaps somehwere in europe. Similar to how brussels is the centre of the eu, it would be possible to have an area dedicated to it where it forms a large part of the local work. A company town/city.

    I think asia could be a good alternative but i dont see agteement on where. I imahine ir would need to not be france, germany or the uk. Perhaps a country in the east, with past soviet links, to help bridge the gap and not be colonial. Or a nordic country as they have been rated highest on democracy indexes.
