    Interesting, since one of the most effective antipsychotics, clozapine, can nuke neutrophils and lead to opportunistic infections like if you had AIDS.

      Sorry if this is a stupid question, but could they set up a system where people with aids can get neutrophils from people with schizophrenia?

        That wouldn’t likely help. The problem isn’t too many white blood cells (leukemia) but altered white blood cells (changes in the proteins on the outside of the cells that act like messaging between cells).
