I mean as far as the us. there are these folks who like to put up god bless america signs. Now im not religious. I don’t believe in god. Still. I look and say. That should be america be worthy of gods blessing. Now maybe europe is doing alright but the us has no basis for asking for accolades.

Yeah. Jobs kinda force it on me depending. If I can’t eat on the job then I want something in my belly before and I will grab something for lunch and I want to eat when I get back home. When at home I don’t like to eat for awhile after waking up and then sometimes eat one more meal as an early dinner and I don’t like to eat after 8pm and usually not after 7.

Ive always been kind of a hanger on compared to people real deep into stuff. Like just nerdy enough and into it to feel like I belong when at a con. My top fandom is ttrpg’s followed by comics followed by anime. Thing about sci fi is it goes over many things and I can’t point to one over the other. I mean I do have a thing with star trek but that is just a things my wife and I talk about how if you lived in a fantasy world its the best one to be in for the common being. Definately at a con I feel most at home in the game room.

So I was in college till 95 and the internet up to that point was basically command line. I mean a guy was doing html at the university which was like the first to get these things a year or so before but it was not mainstream really. I was not really using it much in the next year or two with what I was doing and then in 97 or 98 I encountered it at the library. The big thing to me at that point was my customized excite page which folder and then my yahoo page. Honestly it kinda stayed that way even after y2k. google and youtube and google offerning email with a gig of storage really changed things a lot. Then you had facebook and such. Basically early aughts were way different than late aughts. Also disk, ram, cpu sizes per unit of money increased massively during that time.

I was in the background of some films if that counts. really just one because the other the stunt messed up and they did not use the footage.

yes because they are refering to the particular taxes they owe that is specific to them and their income and decutables and such. when someone mentions sales taxes they don’t say my taxes. they only say it for ones where its different for the individual and situation like income and property.

tacitly. politicians are fine doing half of it like manipulating interest rates and lowering taxes and borrowing but not so much on raising taxes or rainy day funds. Politicians treat all times as bad times and if they want to slow down growth they only raise interest rates and do austerity.

when I was young the preference was subtitled but my eyes have gotten worse as I aged. both far and near sighted and although the near should not matter everything is kinda worse. anyway now favor dubbed.

I would not mind a space that recognizes the abandonment of conservative principles by the republican party and tried to get back to principles that have been chipped away at since nixon. If it considers conservatism the deficits don’t matter voodoo economics and stuff right up to maga. whelp then I will just block it.
