A capitalist would say this is just a sales opportunity. It’s the surgeon’s job to manage expectations and guide the client toward a realistic goal. What’s the “concern”, that the client will be disappointed that they can’t have what they want? That happens every damn day. There’s no danger here aside from disappointment.
