I’m saying that PIN is inconvenient. Most people prefer fingerprint over PIN because it’s so much more convenient but it means you can be easily forced to unlock your phone. Pattern is a nice compromise but GrapheneOS developers decided to remove it because they consider it not secure enough. Which is baffling because PIN is just as easy to steal just by looking at someone’s screen.

Still inconvenient and still can be easily stolen just by looking over your shoulder.

Blackberry had unlock mechanism that let you unlock phone with a single, quick gesture and was impossible to steal.

You had to swipe the number overlay to put a correct number in a specific place in the image. Quick, easy, secure.
