Is there a link on an official government website for this? Anyone can create one of these Microsoft questionnaires so it’s important people know this is legitimate especially since this is just asking for personal information
I don’t know if it’s state wide, but I know in Bremerton a law just went into effect that says ebikes or scooters than can do more than 20mph are now classified as motorcycles and therefore need plates and licensure
