Are these guys two different comic races or something? Their eyes are completely different.
Using knowledge gleaned only from watching South Park, the character in green is half-Canadian.
I say half because he has a mouth like the other guy and not a flappy head, but he still has the beady eyes.
We’ve seen a nationality in SP have flapping heads but large eyes (the Danish), but not one with beady eyes and a non-flapping head yet.
