Both travel faster than light.
Since this is the movies community, I presume you’re focusing on the MCU.
Unlike in the comics, where Titan, the home of Thanos, is indeed the well known moon of Saturn, the MCU Titan is a planet in a distant star system. It is not specified how far it is from Earth, beyond “light-years away”, which could be either as little as a dozen or so, or as much as ~80k (the furthest edge of our galaxy from Earth).
The Milano (and Captain Marvel) use jump points to travel interstellar distances. These are essentially fixed points, usually around planets, where a temporary wormhole can be created to another fixed point (which is why you can’t just go from A to B with a single jump). This system is also an invention by Gunn, it does not exist in the comics verbatim - though the implementation is quite similar to the Shi’ar Stargates, which also created temporary, stable wormholes for space travel.
If you are talking about in the movie then that planet is not the Titan of the comic books.
The Milano uses jump points. Marvel probably has access to similar stuff.
