I’m going to be crass: I’m financially well-off and largely unaffected by the harm this shithead causes. I’m a white male in the US. I’ve got the ticket and it’s all by random chance. In the case of my mother: the first time, I couldn’t understand why she was snowed by this obvious liar. The second time, I didn’t care as much because he’s obviously going to prison.
