I don’t know why one would jump to the conclusion of this being about bestiality when “bully” is far more commonly used to describe an abusive person, I didn’t even know what a “bully” in the context of dogs meant until a minute ago. Therefore I was able to search up the community on Reddit and can indeed confirm that it’s about a bully as in a mean person. Many posts are in the context of cuckoldry or similar, but yes it is about adult humans having sex with eachother, and not about dogs at all.
