    We must have watched different mayorital races. Cuomo very much phoned in the whole run and was showing up just to show up. He also netted less donations than both Mamdani and his previous mayor run (~$40 mill difference [2018], which may as well be $40 dollars). Since then Mamdani has very much gotten the Obama treatment. I very much suspect he’s going to run for President in my lifetime and win. I also very much think he’s a manchurian candidate.

    I don’t think he would be a bad president by any means - I’d vote for him, like I don’t think he’s going to turn heel and we all find out he’s republican or anything, I think it’s just part of balancing the status quo being upkept in American Politics.
