      No but it’d have prevented both W and Donnie from having a first, and thus likely a second term.

      Between this and remapping the senate to avoid the “all states are equal” (despite MASSIVE differences in the number of people in them) it would change everything.

        If the house is GOP, you will never get another democrat as president. They’ll just refuse to certify the results if they lose like they’ve been threatening to do for some time.

        He’s not saying it does. He’s saying that even if we get a president elected via popular vote we’ll still have to deal with a gerrymandered House.
