Voting for president and VP has nothing to do with gerrymandering.
He’s not saying it does. He’s saying that even if we get a president elected via popular vote we’ll still have to deal with a gerrymandered House.

This just in new poll among electors shows majority support for replacing popular votes for both houses of congress with the electoral college.
