I cannot figure out the angle of the media on this guy.
Its the mayor of new york. Why is it, that everyday I’m seeing this guy. Every news media is just acting like he’s just so fucking important to the world, but he’s not.
Is it because he’s brown, and he was a great object for the racists in the south to hate?
Is the news just trying to keep up the momentum for the racists to have a boogy man brown man to hate?
The media is owned by billionaires. This Mamdani guy is a CRAZY EXTREME RADICAL that wants billionaires to do crazy things…like…PAY THEIR FAIR SHARE IN TAXES.
So naturally Mamdani is an enemy to the people that control the media. That is why you see them obsessed with him. They want him to fail and are trying to make everything he does sound crazy. It’s just not working.
For you see, if his policy works in NYC and the people start getting a better quality of life because rich people are paying their share then that might have ripple effects in the country. If the entire country passes a billionaire tax then they would have to threaten to leave the US instead of just threatening to leave NYC.
