I mean, it’s a bug, right? I’m not aware of Metroid Prime 3: Corruption having a built-in Paper Mario game.
MP3 has a tiny cameo related to Paper Mario, a Mario head sticker ship customization option, but it’s tied to Super Paper Mario, and it’s certainly not a full screenshot of original PM’s title screen.
