This is part of the abuse cycle. First they punish you for not behaving a certain way like using A.I. Then they punish you behaving that same way … in this case using A.I.
Eventually you will stop trying to decide for yourself if using A.I. is right and wrong. Eventually you will just do what they tell you.
There’s nothing in this story that indicates this particular CEO or company was ever on board with AI.
