I think this is true, because I’ve definitely seen games on sale at Epic that have lower price than their Steam version.
But then I get into the quandry if I want to “own” it on Epic’s platform over Steam, and I usually don’t 🫤

Anyway, how’s your sex life?
At first I was gonna write “Why didn’t you explain to him why Baptist church is called like that?”, but then I remembered cases when people say something so profoundly stupid to me, that I judge they’re too far gone to warrant any explanation. If it was someone with a half-working-brain I’d still try in a friendly way to give them some more context and expand their thinking, but there also such people (especially if they are some blowhard personality) that you just put a mental note to stay very far away from them out of caution.
What’s funny is, in Europe at least, the orders were not processed by time - a ton of people were complaining that they ordered theirs a couple of minutes early like you, or on time and were among the most delayed.
In my case I managed to process payment a whole hour later (after finally giving up and spamming the Continue button), so I can’t really be mad I ultimately bought one. And they finally shipped it, so there is hope for this week 🙏
It gets people’s attention maybe?
Ah, one of the lucky ones who got their controller actually shipped and in their hands already. Meanwhile tons of us stuck on “Packaged Items” for 2 weeks already, what a chaotic launch…

Maybe like Boost for Reddit - it can be patched with Revanced and you can still use it

It is a quite unique controller for PC with those trackpads and highly customizable functions, and most people with similar first gen Steam Controller are on the point of breaking it or wanting a little bit extra of those same functions they’re used to. It’s normal to have high demand, and if many of those are scalpers they’ll get fucked by that problem.
Ha, thanks for the info. I thought Pixels do a bit more muted and more realistic colors in general, but might have been a very colorful scene you stumbled on indeed.
Beautiful detail and ambience throughout the photo, though, thanks for sharing.
Thought so. Sky and tree foilage kinda looks like Samsung’s Vivid template colors, but overall over-enhacement looks like recent Motorolas do. I’m curious what brand it is, as I watched a ton of smartphone camera comparisons lately, and many had very distinct approaches to how their picture would come off, despite sometimes similar hardware.
This sounds even more dumber and pretentious.
Pizzacakecomics consistently goes for the lowest hanging fruit available. They’re not even going for comedy most of the times, just plain ragebait as someone else here noticed. Which explains their high attention rate I guess.

Ah, wish that was the case now.

Ah, right after I ordered an 8bitDo Ultimate 2C because my OG Steam Controller is disintegrating. At least I hope the new SC doesn’t arrive at some ridiculous price in Europe, I’m willing to pay 50-60€ tops.
True, I have 3 book lights scrambled at different rooms in my home, and still managed to forget all of them for a recent trip.
But the only more modern reader I’ve used (Onyx boox, white backlight) did its job at night, but still felt a bit straining for my eyes. Maybe it gets better with a yellow-ish or orange backlight, these feel better for me on the clip-on lights, but I haven’t tried one for backlight.

And I’m confirming 😉

It absolutely works if you just wash them beforehand (not soak), or when you’ve cut them in half/quarters.
There are snap-on small lights that would illuminate the Kindle screen, rather than glow in your eyes. People used to read books too without a backlight through various ways.

They do have power supply, though.
You’re the perfect customer to buy a Corolla! 😄
Sadly all those assist features come standard now even on the lowest trim, but I think you can easily disable them from options, bar the reverse camera. Plus, at least on my 2020 software one, they’re not always-on, I think the lane-assist and cruise-control have to be turned on by a button, I use them only on longer trips.
Only the auto-breaking part I’m not sure if it can be disabled, but it doesn’t work in lower speeds, so it’s as good as not there in less intensive situations.
