  • Not related to the body of your post (just the title and image), but I just wanted to say how much I love that movie. Easy top 3 of all time, maybe first place for me. And I didn’t watch it years ago and have nostalgia for it, my first time watching it was in the last two years. I’ve since purchased a 4K Steelbook of it and have rewatched it several times. My wife didn’t like it quite as much as I did, but she did still have a good time. She’s seen it with me maybe 2-3 times now and will reference it from time to time.

I have a list of movies on my phone, rating them, and it’s currently in second place but honestly the top 5 are all sort of tied for first place, depending on my mood.

  • I’ve been playing some Minecraft lately, both solo and with my wife. On my own, I’m mostly doing creative mode, currently building a village. I don’t have a ton of time for games but I’m having a blast when I find time. It’s coming very slowly though. With my wife, she’s played the game lots, always survival, but never actually beat the game before, and I haven’t beat the game since probably 2012 ish if I were to guess, so I’ve been looking forward to seeing Ms Ender Dragon too. It’ll probably be a while for that though, we don’t get to play together much.

  • Without spoiling anything, the best level from a side story (imo) is on Hokkaido. You’ll have to work your way to it though.

I used to speedrun silent assassin suit only on Sapienza, that’s where I got a bunch of my hours in the game. I never beat any records or anything but I got pretty decent I’d like to think. I don’t remember my stats anymore though, that was years ago now.

OX used to be my favourite channel and is still up there, and I’d say their Hitman content is their peak. I’ve been watching them since their very early days when they were a small channel, and I’ve probably seen every video they’ve ever put out, and I’d still say Hitman is their best stuff. Definitely give it a watch.

  • Great list. All those are top maps for me too. I’d also add Hokkaido and Vermont (Whittleton Creek) to that list personally, especially Hokkaido. I’d probably say top three in order would be Sapienza, Hokkaido, Chongqing.

When you’re done with the main story, definitely check out the extra stories. Patient Zero is probably my favourite, especially the last level, but all of them are great. I found Seven Deadly Sins to be the most challenging personally. Sniper mode is also a ton of fun too. Really, all of it is. I could just list every part of the game at this point actually, I just love Hitman.

If you’re into watching games on YouTube, OutsideXbox has my favourite Hitman content personally. I’d highly recommend checking out their Three Ways to Play series, it’s especially hilarious if you know their personalities well but even if you don’t, you’ll enjoy them anyway. They’ve got a ton of Hitman content though and it’s all great. I’ve probably seen all the videos several times now. They’ve even done a live action Hitman one which was super neat and got a bit chaotic at parts, in the best way possible of course.

  • Nice! One of my absolute favourite games ever. I think it’s my second most played game of all time too. Something like 1300-1500 hours I’m pretty sure.

I agree about the pricing, it’s awful. About as confusing as it could possibly be, but I always try to get people to give it a chance regardless.

Chongqing is one of my favourite levels for sure. Probably top three. I think Sapienza will always be my favourite due to nostalgia (and that’s where most of my playtime is in), I started playing back in 2016 so that’s a decade of Hitman for me which is crazy to think about, so obviously I’ll have more nostalgia for the Hitman 1 levels, but it’s telling that a Hitman 3 level made it to top three for me.

I was planning on playing some Minecraft with my wife tonight but if she decides to crochet instead I might mess around in Chongqing instead. You’ve got me in the mood for some Hitman.

  • Their collars are breakaway, I remember the pet shop clerk gave us a lecture about it when we said we were new cat owners and weren’t sure everything we’d need. I’ve only had my cats for a little over a year so I do appreciate the advice, I still feel like I’m learning all the time. My only other experience with a pet is my parents’ dog so I’m no expert in having pets in general, so any advice is always nice. Thanks for taking the time to offer some.
