The only thing I remember is there are short live action episodes between chapters, so not much. It didn’t leave a bad impression, but I’m 99% sure I didn’t finish it.

After finishing Alan Wake, I’m playing American Nightmare, which shouldn’t take me long to finish. Then I think I’ll move on to Quantum Break, which I briefly played when it was new but remember nothing about. I’m also playing Cronos: The New Dawn little by little, I like the atmosphere of the game and the story is intriguing. I’m thinking about playing some kind of RPG, but cannot decide on what exactly.

I’m playing Alan Wake, never played it back in the day. I like Remedy’s weirdness, but I’m finding the gameplay a bit repetitive.

Blade Runner is on gog, Dune 2 is probably abandonware at this point.
Be sure to play Before the Storm after you finish this one!

I read 15-45 minutes before falling asleep everyday, I’m currently reading Children of Ruin.
Whenever I read before going to bed I sleep better, no doubt about it. So that’s another benefit for me.
I enjoyed the first one, I’ll buy this one sometime in the future. As always I don’t remember much of the story from the first because my memory is crap, but I remember it left a good impression.
Edit: From the very first review I saw:
If I understand the situation correctly, Head Up was purchased by another company and probably forced Bleakmill to push this game out way too early.
That sucks :(

I’d hardly call Vermintide 2 a shooter. Only a couple of classes can shoot at all, it’s more of a (very good IMO) melee game. I think Darktide is more of a shooter.

A shame, really, but this is the way. Subnautica was one of the best games of the past decade for me and I was really looking forward to the sequel, but I’m not willing to spend a cent on it after all this shitshow.

I think it was either Soleil or Dune 2 for the Mega Drive/Genesis. I was 10 or 11 at the time.

Yep, avoiding politics-focused communities helps a lot.

Same but with Bazzite, it works great. I just miss the Deck’s trackpads, the one in the Legion Go isn’t half as good.
I currently own a 21 inch Sony TV and a 17 inch NEC VGA monitor. I’d like to get an older monitor or a smaller TV because I’m thinking about buying an MSX2 and my TV doesn’t have anything in front of it to put the MSX.

Or at least a discounted buggy piece of shit game that might be worth trying, they don’t fix most of those nowadays. Although sailing the high seas would probably the best course of action for such games.
A dumb phone at a push, for safety.
I think that’s a good compromise.

Yes, among other things.
This is the first I’ve read this, how much of a pain is it to use Linux instead?
I flashed it on my 8a a couple of weeks ago using Chromium on EndeavourOS without issues.

Trails in The Sky are so good. The franchise lost me mid-Cold Steel, unfortunately it became something else and I wasn’t the target audience.
Ok, I just played the first chapter and the live action episodes apparently are not that short LMAO
