With games like these you basically have to start a new game if you take a longer break. Otherwise you have no idea what’s going on

It’s okay to play on the easiest difficulty, no shame in that. The story is so worth it! Also, the blood and wine dlc I soo good. It honestly could’ve been a standalone game, so definitely play that one too!

As a Dane, I beg to differ. I think its essential that it’s free to visit the doctor, to not deter necessary visits.
