Same for wax (candles).

Had a tealight that I thought I’d put out the night before. It smouldered overnight, caught fire and my 5 year old woke me saying she could smell smoke. Half asleep, I poured tea on it.

Fireball to the face and a screaming child was a really unfun way to finish waking up. She was safely out of the blast, and luckily I had only minor burns.

Props to Grannycrackers for handling the aftermath with such grace and humour. Not sure I would be half as composed as her. (Or half as chuffed at getting to ride in a police car.) Hope she smashes her fundraising target.

Looking forwards to the news of the arrest of the no-lifer who swatted her.

I’d prefer text over audio, so long as I can skip the text when I am done reading. (Grr argh to the games that have both, but won’t let me skip because the NPC isn’t done speaking.)
