If old means 20 year old to you, I would recommend buying used from around 2015 ish. That seems to be the time things started going “smart”. Some not too recent cars can be software modded by good techs/tuner shops to disable stop-start and similar. Probably other annoyances too, but I would assume it’s very dependent on make, model etc.

I can see you like the game, so I have to ask… Did you find the initial sequences of the base game really slow?

I couldn’t really get into AW2. The part where Alan is in the NY metro, changing scenes to get further along got me bored. I just didn’t continue it from there The prior parts with the investigations were fun. Does it get better from that point, or am I missing something?
