well if they are searching and there is no conviction then I would assume they wouldnt take those transcripts with any weight, and I would assume they would have the indictment if there was one for it. And if you were indited it would show I would guess on most background checks.

Seems like the one thing I would want to do then is see those transcripts. Also the idea that you can just hide those things when they involve law is just outrageous, I would think they could only be sealed for a few years at max then it all needs to be public record.

I think a bunch of those voters have shown “dont care who just vote blue” has run its course, they will no longer prop up the centrists candidates and they want a proper left. And yes they think this sucks,but they sort of saw the party going to be this in 30 years (as we know Regan would have loved to have the democrats you currently have) So let the orange man win and maybe switch there base into more conscious voters or be the ones who vote blue no matter who. But giving those that have a place at the table that have been running right hasnt worked, and when the other team is up to bat, its still shit on the common people and corpo money wins.
