Good. Kill off this shit sooner

Have you tried to see if you can apply via an embassy ?

No, just no. Fuck any laws like this.

If you get sick they will send a drone to take care of you.

I think it is good to have optional support for local models that lets people use them in an offline and private and easy way. There is a lot of non technical folks using linux nowadays and many chose it for privacy and greater control over their data.
Depending on the implementation it could hook into certain os contexts and events to actually be helpful.
Either way I don’t see the cat going back in the bag with regards to LLMs. That being said I run Debian everywhere except my work machine which is ubuntu.

https://www.home-assistant.io/
Im sure it has some integrations for this

Does that have support for dev containers ? Last time i went looking it seemed like there was a lot of hoops to jump through to get it working. Something about not working with the MS dev container plugin repo or something.

I always commit from the terminal. Never bothered with editor plugins for git.

Kde on debian here. It just works nowadays
A few names here and there.

Try find another job.
Have that one too. It does the job and is easy to read on. They go for cheap now second hand and work well with calibre

Finally someone says it.

They will probably just run ai podcasts or something like that.

After falling 6ft from the top of the cage through the announcers table

Free games would be first to go
In work we use cursor. I generally use their composer model. Before that it was vscode with claude.
Personally i have not done any personal dev work in a long time, its mainly server maintenance and i can do that myself. When i get the itch to do more dev stuff ill probably use vscode with copilot. My personal machine isnt great for local models.
