Tried using veracrypt portable to access my files on library computer 1ce , couldn’t bcus still needed admin permissions (brought up dialogue window telling me contact library staff oar some thing)

Not sure wat’s up with that , sorta defeats point of portable app if Can’t use it on device that’s not mine

Matte screen protectors exist , don’t hafta necessarily be marketed as “paper-like” . Tho note they may smꚙth out over time

However not been able to find one with “privacy shield” like feature if that’s some thing you care about

Tho seen peops saying it uses lotsa (CPU|RAM) forgot wich one , personally haven’t noticed much difference on my machine

Some downsides :

• No portable windows app
• policies.json dœsn’t seem to work , therefore can’t fully disable update messages
• Stable version wen
