I mean, it’s generalising. You should take it with a grain of salt but I’m not the only one who has noticed.
I thinks it’s always what you compare it with. I’m Belgian. Dutchies are they loudest neighbours and being able to understand what they say perhaps makes me tune in.
I’ve noticed my Spanish relatives are even louder.

ZimaOS is the native OS for the Zimaboard. It’s evolved from casaos and gives beginners a friendly start with an app store like experience for containers.

People from the Netherlands are loud too.
It’s something about when you guys walk around in a larger group. Most of you just have a higer volume setting. Like you are trying to get heard by every bystander as well. When hiking through the Balkans I could hear Americans from far away.
Australians seem te be loud as well so you’ll be fine I guess…
But who’s generalizing?

Why?
Belgium isn’t a country, it’s an experiment. I love it. I wish we could just see our fellow countrymen as people who just want to have a stable and secure life but somehow we’re on this journey to split the North from the South for the last 70 years.
Life is good but we all struggle under the continued issues that are challenging the EU and the rest of the world. Covid, Ukraine, Trump,… They are pulling us down.
Being a Belgian is a privilege and I feel like all Belgians should realize that more often.
In stead of the Netherlands, give Belgium a try. Visit Gent, Bruges, Leuven, Brussels…

Your mom uses Matrix? You could set up something with random people you just met? Because we’re at that stage with Signal. It’s private and convenient. If I want to have some soort of anonimity I’ll use different platforms, indeed.
