I’m sure it’s a tie in DLC to TW4. Now I’m wondering if I should put off my first TW3 playthrough until this DLC is out lol.

I’ll additionally add that Poe and Finn absolutely have insane levels of on screen chemistry.
It was a crime that they didn’t end up together.
I will say the Last Jedi is my favorite of the sequel trilogy. But what is done to Luke is really my only dislike of that section of the film. I’m actually fine with Ben Solo destroying the Jedi academy and stuff, but I don’t think Luke would wallow in despair like that.

Totally mixed them up. Thanks!

That Naboo duel + podracing makes me think that movie is better than it really is.
Similarly, I feel the updated CGI really elevates The Force Awakens, but it’s just such a safe rehash of Star Wars, that I really hated every moment of it.
Joss Whedon Abram’s really did a number on the series, or maybe I just dislike that mystery box style of writing so much.

Yeah, went to a midnight release of the Wii and also did a midnight release/smash bros tournament.
We played Melee, and whoever won the tournament got to buy the first Brawl disc. I didn’t win, but my best friend made it to the semi finals. And yes, items were turned on.
Was a good time with a couple of friends.

Yeah, I saw some sources for a city local to me, but they didn’t match for our actual local paper or papers.
Which was weird.
That explains a lot.

I scrolled the list until about the P, at which point I accidentally tapped on the top portion of my screen and went all the way back up.
Notably the block list includes Harry Potter affiliated sites, Fox News, and Info Wars.
Everything else pretty much just looks like slop or are sources I’ve NEVER heard of. Some were local papers, I think? But none that I would have recognized immediately.
This really seems like a mountain made out of a molehill.

The only games I would feel like I’d want to have better performance from an SD card are basically just anything that runs on Unreal 5.
I was having issues with TW3 (mainly when it was raining), but I have just found out I need to actually go back to some beta version of the game instead.

Here are the pics.

Ripped the second image from Instagram and reuploaded to Lemmy

Yeah I saw this the other day, sounds like Nintendo’s lawyers may have taken action because of the Patreon of all things?
It’s mind-blowing why they would do this. Just seems so needless.

20 bucks is cheaper enough that I might do it. Setting back up all my emulation and tweaks again seems less fun than the first time.

Thanks for all the detail. My daily driver is currently a windows machine, but I have looked into swapping to a Linux system.
I will keep this in mind and will very likely just get a new SSD. I have noticed some longer load times.
Due to budgeting, I will like just reinstall and use the SteamOS recovery key. Only downside is setting up EmuDeck, Lutris, and Decky again.

It’s really just a cost thing. 200 bucks for a 1 TB SSD or 170 for a 1 TB SD card.
My wife has been showing our 8 year old some of the pop punk songs we used to listen to as kids.
Currently he is obsessed with High Hopes by Panic at the Disco!, and while it’s an okay song — I basically have to hear it every time we all pile into the car.
My favorite song that I have over listened to is Achilles Come Down, by Gang of Youths. It’s also pretty much the only song of theirs I enjoyed. I tried a smattering of their songs 😅

I can’t say I’ve done a ton of triple A games that have come out post 2020.
The only ones I’ve tried are really just Expedition 33.
And that one was really rough in the prologue area, and was pretty stable 30 FPS after getting out of Lumiere with all the falling petals.

Currently?
It’s Skins by Asian Kung Fu Generation.
I listen to a fair amount of J pop though.
Mayonaka no Door by Miki Matsubara and Ussewa by Ado are also up there.

Needs more beans. And corn.

God of War (2018)!
I often tire of open world exploration and gameplay, but so far this game has either:
I’m not a huge fan of the Destiny level up system where you gain exp and get new gear to hit level requirements, but I’ve been able to keep up. Just annoying when I stumble upon an area with something 2-4 levels higher than me.
The story is great so far.
I’m about to enter Joutunheim and just finished killing one of Thor kin. Magni, I think.
I never played the other GoW entries, but do recall watching my dad play them when I was younger. I did eventually play Dante’s Inferno, which was very similar in gameplay.
I much prefer the axe throwing/melee combo gameplay to the top down hack and slash, I think.
Wow that’s insane.
I used to play and replay Mass Effect 1-3 all the time with all the DLC and it would take me about 30 hours per game.
How long to beat has a completionism run on TW3 at 175.
Nice.
