4·2 months agoBlack/brown lentils in dhal makhani. Dirt cheap readymade packages at the grocery store too.
Other than that, I used to make spicy red lentil soup with the recipe on the back of the bag from Costco but made myself sick of it years ago.

2·3 months agoThis is what I did, only I set it up such that my family’s computers are backing up to my large external drive, and this drive is connected to the computer with the unlimited BB running and backing up. Just to get a little more benefit out of the cost.

Scrape and that’s it. Into the dishwasher.
Only exceptions requiring some extra effort beforehand is wiping off anything that had avocado on it and clearing rice between fork tines.
Never comes clean, at least in my dishwasher.
