Echos a lot of what is said in the show, about it being a systemic issue and people more worked about optics than safety. Also a big part of it was a critique of grigori m.'s book. Also yes governments to build nuclear reactors, but usually in close conjunction with scientists. No government is saying “I’m building a nuclear reactor all on my own. I don’t need no help!” It’s more about the extent to which the scientists are allowed to control/oversee production.

All true except quantum tunneling, I thought that was when subatomic particles passed through an object, not in its own orbital. I also am not a physicist so I might be mistaken as well.
