I got into drinking water by buying some good apple juice and adding some (no a lot. And less over time) to the water in a thermos bottle.
Eventually I got a water filter jug for the fridge and switched to mostly just drinking water, still by filling up the thermos bottle.
I think it’s more important to get into the habit of drinking enough first, and you can transition to water later.
Or the German tourists in Italy who were sad that they just missed the ferry to Arrivare, but happy they can still take the one to Partenza.
Canada too. Basically, you have a choice between fiber glass (pink) and rock “wool” (green). Fiber glass is cheaper (iirc for lower insulation value) so most builders will use it.

Second half of 40s. 30 minutes of cardio followed by 1 hour of yoga twice a week. I would love to add in another activity for 3x per week, but haven’t managed yet. Eat 95% vegetarian, low on dairy. Otherwise I don’t pay much attention, definitely snacking too much. In summer I bike a lot. Using a sit/stand desk regularly at work. Should do more, but it’s gotta be enough for now.
