3. Double the capital gains tax.
4. 15% on unrealized gains above some threshold.
5. Incredibly high tax on properties that are not owner occupied, I have a personal vendetta against landlords so fuck em.

It used to be you’d buy a 2x4 and then face it by taking 1/4" off all sides so it would be pretty. Now the lumber yards do that.
