Thy can, when it comes to their body weight lol

It’s a different scenario altogether if you are travelling. What I mean, is for every-day things, like commuting to work. In my locality, there are no public chargers available. And I can’t charge at work, either. There are two charging stations available at my supermarket, but those two are definitely not enough and you can’t roll the dice everytime you go to the supermarket hoping thay one spot is available. And that’s not just where I live. There are still a lot of places in germany which face the same issues. Sure, it’s getting better generally speaking every year, but right now an EV is not a viable alternative to an ICE car for everyone.

Unless the (public) charging infrastructure gets expanded massively, EVs won’t become a valid alternative to most people. Not everyone owns a house where you can just slap your own wallbox onto it.

The cold temperature issue is solved by Natrium-batteries. Give it a few more years, and we will see more cars having those kinda batteries.

Don’t worry, here in germany we also don’t have money for anything, and costs for public healthcare are rising again soon, and other social services receive cuts as well. Our infrastructure is shit, digitization barely exists, rents are rising faster than wages, gasoline and Diesel are expensive, and our chancellor tells us we are lazy pieces of shit who don’t work enough whereas in the very same moment companies are doing mass layoffs. The economy as a whole is stagnating and hasn’t experienced meaningful boosts since pre-covid. Our education system is basically the same as it was in Prussia. We have a massive lack of teachers and school buildings are crumbling. And the uncontrolled mass migration makes literally everything I just listed a lot worse.
So don’t worry, you can be in the EU and still everything sucks.

Hol’ up, are you saying black people, those that are currently alive and have not lived during the age of slavery and segration, should just get money like that? Paid by white people who didn’t do those injustices? When you go to germany, do you also blame random 20 year olds for Nazi Germany and say they should pay up for that? Wtf?
I fckn hate these laws that force so much tech into new cars under the guise of safety. Not only is it a massive breach in privacy (I don’t care if the car manufacturers claim they don’t use this data for identification, I won’t belive them), but it also makes small cars way more expensive, comparatively. Fck this sh*t, cars have been becoming obnoxiously expensive and forced BS tech like that just makes everything worse.

What? Seems to be a thing in your region, cos here in germany prices have “only” risen by factor 2 to 3 at most. Just looked at prices on Amazon for 2x8GB DDR4 ram, the cheapest goes for around 150 Euros. Before, it was 70 Euros.
When the tabacco industry tells you that smoking isn’t harmful, do u believe it?

That’s why need strict migration policies to prevent those views from coming to europe…

Can’t be, all Furries work in IT, and everyone in IT is being replaced by AI, hence they don’t have any money any more /s

How tf are there so many people who have this much money just lying around? We are in a freakin recession (or damn near close to one), the most sensible thing to do currently is to NOT spend large amounts of money.

Still baffles me how Trump still has 30+% approval rating. I mean the price increase of gas and groceries literally affects every normal citizen. Those 30+% can’t all be millionaires/billionaires. How fckn stupid are they that they still support Trump?
Germans do. And prolly german-speaking countries like Austria and Switzerland as well.

Companies will be just selling stuff to the wealthy. Afaik currently already the top 10% wealthy make up 50% of consumerism related revenue.
Well yeah in civilized countries it is the norm. You know, countries where you don’t have to go into debt for multiple generations just cos u visisted the doctor once. That explains why in the US you don’t have to wait - there simply aren’t a lot of people who can afford to see a doctor.

tf u talkin about?
I’m dumb, can anyone explain why anyone would pay for AI? I mean if I type claude.ai into my browser, I can use Claude for free?
