VaiultWarden is a new implementation of the Bitwarden API. It started from scratch, never was a fork. It’s possible they (or other people) will fork the Bitwarden client.

I’ve used Fedora as my main OS for the past 6-7 years, and before that I was running openSuse Tumbleweed. And before that I ran Arch (btw) for 12-13 years… And so on.
Now I moved to Fedora Kinoite, an atomic distro with KDE Plasma, just to see how it is and get a feel of it.
And I’m thinking of going back to openSuse.

I don’t get why people don’t try to use other languages for these type of CLI tools. I get that they are familiar with JavaScript, but npm is a nightmare right now and I wouldn’t install anything with it for some time.
There’s always shell scripting available, also Go, Rust and lots of other options (I specifically don’t mention Python, as pip is also a bit problematic).
