Job would have been kind of chill if it was just helping people without that customer satisfaction crap. Unhappy customers were bad, but the worst part was my manager; he would have the “talk” with me about why customer service is easy and why can’t I have more happy customers. This was one months in which I did not have enough happy customers because not enough people submitted a survey with the highest rating.
