I’ve mostly switched to only opening bananas from the butt end, and I think my friends are about half and half.

Not really. DARPA is only getting $4.9B of the US’s $181.4B research budget this year. For comparison, the NIH is getting nearly 10x what DARPA is getting.
A lot of people have a very weird understanding of what DARPA does.

I already have a Projects directory. I really hope this doesn’t muck with any of my organization.
That sounds like it would be really hard on your kidneys
Oh, that type of sub. I totally assumed that from the start like the normal person that I am.

I don’t have an answer, but I at least feel your pain. My personal email has too much traffic, so I miss things. My corporate email is now flooded with corporate drivel and timecard reminders (because I’m at what used to be a small company that got acquired by a big company). I also have SMS, Signal, and three different customer IT systems that I have to log into. There’s also a project-specific Mattermost server that I ignore. It’s painful.

You’re not even concentrating it that much when you boil it. Keep the lid on the pot next time so you lose less to steam and evaporation.

I’ll occasionally switch to that as it shows up better on projection screens for presentations, but it’s not my default.

It’s evaluated right to left, but modifiers are to the left of the functions. I feel like they were specifically trying to be difficult.

You may want something like https://jetkvm.com/ or https://pikvm.org/. They will do the video capture and keyboard/mouse input.
Also check out https://symless.com/synergy. I really like it for using my work laptop next to my desktop. It doesn’t do video, but extends your mouse and keyboard to other computers.
They just released a remastered Blu-ray of it! I bought the disc, but I didn’t actually have a Blu-ray player, so idk if they did a good job with the remaster yet.
