At least domestically in Japan, PC gaming is still a very niche and expensive hobby. It’s cheaper than a decade ago when I got here, but computer literacy isn’t great. I hate that decision, but it makes sense for their domestic market

How is he nailing the bones? They’re all long bones at right angles with only one point of contact on the upper structure. This is clearly a job for different attachment technology.

Our rural roads here in Japan are 60 at most, with most being 40 or 50. I don’t think I’d feel safe going a whole lot faster than that. Certain divided, multi-lane roads can get up to 80, but those are different to what I’m thinking of going to actual individual houses.

My company has been reducing force multiple times and did one round in a particularly shitty way. Our bonuses were the lowest ever this round despite us all having had to carry more weight. They wonder why our morale is shit.
Definitely for a time in '80s kids wear. I did see adults then (and more recently) wearing them. But mostly farmers and mechanics. Not sure if it were ever adult fashion back then
A piefed account more technically, but yes. I technically have a lot of minor forum-like accounts around the web, but no crossover with my IRL friends, nor do I think I would enjoy interacting with them via these platforms.

I didn’t state anywhere that they should. It’s possible to implement some of a system without other parts (in this case, increasing protections and stability for employees), and I’d like to see that done. As someone who lives and works in Japan, I definitely don’t think anyone should be imitating all of it.

What’s with the snark?
Consumers giving money to a company tells the company they support (or at least tolerate) what the company is doing. That is what I mean by rewarding this behavior.
I’m the bottom right except no insta, no FB, etc. and only an email address.

The wording of this sounds like the tsunami causes the earthquake and it’s really making my head hurt.
The bread with the Jam can land in the trash in whichever orientation it pleases.

You probably want to name a country or even region within it. Depending on where in the world you are, things may change automatically or might require getting a reappraisal.

They’re only 3rd person, IIRC. I’m not a huge fan of that, personally.

Over a decade in Japan and I still struggle with natto and never order it. I got over the smell. I don’t really care for the slimy/string texture of things, but I can eat other things. If I try to eat more than one or two beans at a time, I involuntarily gag. Some flavor component of it kills me. I make my own ferments (Korean-inspired daikon with fish sauce, chili, and some other stuff is the most recent, fermented at room temp for a few days then into the fridge) and have no trouble with them.

Same. I tried it once as a kid and hated it. PB sandwich? Delicious. Toast with jam? Awesome. Put the two together? Nope. I think it was probably a texture issue, but I have no desire to try again now in my 40s.

That looks amazing. I’d like some chili and maybe some onion or something (and probably plantain rather than banana), but I’d definitely eat this if someone put it in front of me.

As someone who lives in Asia: huh?!
/ Asia be big, yo.

As a kid, I would alternate bites of peanut butter and cheddar. Never tried it in sandwich form, though.
I don’t like either. Blue cheese itself is rather hit-or-miss for me (I think I may also be mildly allergic). The ingredients that go into ranch I mostly like. I think it boils down to not liking US mayo; I thought I hated all mayo until I had Japanese.
