That’s cool, I’ll look them up. I like a few small roasters and the coffee is always amazing, but I am cheap and lazy, so usually I just get whatever from wherever (not sbux or Folger’s/maxwell tho haha I have standards). The biggest factors I’ve noticed at home are using freshly ground beans with a decent machine. Getting the fancy ninja machine and a mill grinder was a real game changer.

Moving to the Pacific North West helped. Compared to the test of the US, we actually have good coffee haha

Switching over to black coffee last year was tough at first, but now it is sooooo much better. I actually kinda dislike it with sweeteners and creamers now.

I’d say the opposite, at least online. More people can type now than there were 25 years ago, and autocorrect on phones is mostly good nowadays.
