Monday, I drove my wife and youngest to Omaha to adopt a puppy (golden retriever). We were going to eat at Chili’s because at least it’s a known food. Well, the person we were getting the dog from was available early, so we did drive through.

Can’t speak for them, but in my line of work, I deal with the AI gatekeeper weekly

I mean, the 3 biggest AI companies:

• “Let’s make CSAM!!!1!!!ONE!!!” -Grok
• “I agree with you. No matter what your say. Now, watch this ad” - OpenAI
• “Like our garden? Great! You’re stuck. Oh, and I hallucinate like a middle schooler trying mushrooms for the first time.” - Gemini

Sadly, any lawsuit that opposed AI will have an army of lawyers defending the AI company.

Precedent affects all, and big companies know this.
