It is both. Stretching is a kind process that prepares both your mind and your body for the work is coming ahead. It is absolutely necessary to get your body to produce the maximum output. It’s like having a small cup of tea before you force your heart rate to 190 (short of a heart attack,) Someone else mentioned , you have to warm up, then stretch. Then workout, then stretch as a cooldowm to achieve fficiency.
There’s a number 6, where if you’re on a small team with good synergy and well experienced members, the PR is a good thing each member requests to answer the question , hey can you double check my work and please give me feedback because I really trust your judgement.it’s a no nonsense way for confident developers to get a second opinion.

I’m sure They’re reliably, but like any car, anything can go wrong with them. That’s why historically a Toyota is much more reliable than a Buick. Its not written down in a spec sheet. It is how well does it do in the real world. I made my original comment because i personally know someone who’s electric car died one week past the standard warranty. Now they are In a world of financial pain with a dead two year old car that they are still making payments on. That’s not something to lol about. It’s a real problem.
