This might not work if your phone still has Googled apps on it. (As I understand, OP still has them.)

As @[email protected] already pointed out, there might be a misunderstanding of what MicroG “is”. (Or maybe you are fully aware, but it is not clear to us…)
MicroG is NOT just an app you install & go. It is a deeply embedded part of your system you REPLACE the entire Google Service stack (GAPPS) with.
In theory, it is possible to “ungoogle” an existing system and then integrate MicroG, but it needs certain technical knowhow, like hacking around with adb, rooting, signature spoofing, …
In other words. To setup MicroG “manually” is not necessary an easy task to make it work correctly. But if you want to tinker with it, by all means: go for it! But be prepared to encounter problems.
All technical info can be found on the site I linked you previously under the “installation” section: https://github.com/microg/GmsCore/wiki/Installation
However, a more convenient and much straight forward way to use MicroG would be to install a new Android System (i.e. “ROM”) that already has GAPPS replaced with MicroG. Unexposedhazard already pointed out some systems. My recommendation would be “eOS” or “iode OS”. Both of them come with a very user friendly configuration out of the box, so there is no need to tinker with it that much after installation.
Final note: Not all phones can be degoogled or flashed with another ROM. E.g. check the supported devices of the ROMs.
And what ever you do: Make backups of your data before fiddeling around with your ROM or any GAPPS. Things can break very fast. 😉
Have fun!
You should find all info on the official pages: https://microg.org/

In my experience, it doesn’t matter where you are on the internet, you will always be faced with idiots who try to bring you down.
Don’t let them win. Be yourself and politely ignore (and block) the hell out of these people. It is YOUR time and you should be able to live it the way YOU want it.
Best of luck and hope to see you around.
Have a nice day too! 👋
Read my second sentence again.
The thing I am SURE about is, that using words and concepts from one area and postulating that they are applying in the same sense in another area, just because we found some loose similarity or similar trait, is logically not sound. See False-Equivalence
Our understanding of “pain” only makes sense when applying it to beings with a nervous system, because this word describes just THAT.
It’s like talking about hair and hairstyles and then applying the derived insights to birds, because their feathers “remind” us of hair.
It just doesn’t apply. Other contexts require dedicated concepts that are not “loaded” by using termina from irrelevant concepts.
Emotive language does not help your argument. It weakens any validity it might have otherwise.
Plants don’t “feel pain”. The entire concept of “pain” is alien to everything without a central nervous system.
Plants DO however react to stressful external stimuli. They do that in a way, that we will never be able to relate to.
Some publications use words as “pain” and “suffering” in that context in order to go give non-academic folks something to relate. But on a scientific level, these terms are irrelevant at best.

Yeah, that’s the wonder of the Fediverse. One network that can be interacted with by many tools and platforms.
Having a quick look, the A15 seems like a notoriously hard target to degoogle. 🫤
