Not all americans. Some are salivating over the gigantically huge amounts of copper that will exist within.

My takeaway is that it’s not just Thiel holding these Armageddon and antichrist get-togethers. WTF? Have we so royally screwed up our forward progression by greed under capitalism that discussing apocalyptical events seems to be our only way out?

It’s hard to stop spies when your supreme leader opens the door for them.

I would think any human would be opposed to a bunch of machines sucking up all of their water and energy just to make a very few people rich and powerful beyond their wildest dreams. I’m still not convinced that it is beneficial and why is the tech/business/media world pushing this so hard? Value means a happy community, not owning a yacht for your private island.

Logic is common to all programming languages. Everything else is syntax and knowing what functions or utilities you can capitalize on. No matter how complex things seem under the hood it’s only one instruction at a time that is being processed. Speed and memory make it seem like multitasking. It’s as simple as “If this, then that”. Once you get the foundations of logic down, you’re good to go. Everything else is experience and time takes care of that. Good luck and have fun. As far as confidence goes my mantra throughout life, especially when faced with complex situations is a derisive “How hard can this be?”, while plodding forward.
I learned today that the “branding” for Claude is an anus.

Maybe getting rid of those invasive ads is a good thing.

All villagers everywhere eventually stopped dealing with the boy who cried wolf. /s

That guy is quite complex. As in “Napoleon Complex”.

Hopefully in the near future we will still be able to take an axe to a data center and then grab a pencil and cocktail napkin to figure our shit out.

“Grand Theft Walker” /s

I can’t fault them for this business plan. It has worked for the opioid business professionals time and time again, for centuries!
Hemlock. BOOM! Cheated the hangman and had the last laugh! Edit: Oops. This was a clever way to escape my fate and is not part of the game. In that case, a Burger King Veal Parmigiana sandwich from the 1980’s.

“Never” only means when trump is around. Once he’s gone, Americans will be ripping trump shit down like the Iraqis did when Saddam was gone.

Value is meaningless nowadays when all we can do is speak in “billions” and “trillions”. The stock market used to use “ticker tape”. The stock market is old and has been raped so many times that it does not even know what value is anymore.

Whether it’s a back-alley transaction or a multinational corporation transaction “the first one is free” is a marketing tactic that seems to work time and time again.

In Canada you can buy beer or make your own beer. Should that logic be extended to guns?

Short guy Napoleoning…nothing to see here.

He is currently now suing God because it rained while the sun was shining from a distance.
I think it’s, like you said, the good feeling that results from quitting something that you were against. Music sounds better when you own it. You are no longer supporting greedy businesses (and/or fascist supporters). As an aside, I don’t need audiophile standards to enjoy music. My own introduction was listening to old 45 rpm singles on vinyl discs that had scratches, hisses and pops. It was the song that carried it through, not the sound quality.
